Student must be 5 years of age on or before September 1st of the current year to be enrolled in the K5 Department.

Needed for registration:

Enrollment form

Blue immunization record (obtained from physician)

Gold physical form (obtained from physician)

Green steps of discipline form (signed by parent/guardian)

Copy of students birth certificate

Alternate nutritional plan agreement (Any one with food allergies)

K5 Kindergarten is a fascinating time.  Fun and games add to the love of learning that continues to fill each students day.

Needed Supplies

Parents will need to supply:

1. Lunch (Daily)
2. A change of clothing                                  (To be left at school)
   
3. Plastic Bags for soiled clothes
   
4. Paint Smock
5. Comb or Brush
