Student must be 4 years of age on or before September 1st of the current year to be enrolled in the K4 Department.

Needed for registration:

Enrollment form

Blue immunization record (obtained from physician)

Gold physical form (obtained from physician)

Green steps of discipline form (signed by parent/guardian)

Copy of students birth certificate

Alternate nutritional plan agreement (Any one with food allergies)

K4 CPK takes each student and advances them ahead of the norm.  They begin to write in cursive and have reading circles.  Along with their academics they have "center time" allowing them to explore further and refine their skills. 

Needed Supplies

Parents will need to supply:

1. Lunch (Daily)
2. A change of clothing                                  (To be left at school)
   
3. Plastic Bags for soiled clothes
   
4. Paint Smock
5. Comb or Brush
